Some of the outstanding results of the State FFA Convention are as follows:
Mollie Wilken was elected to serve as a Nebraska State FFA Vice President!
The Agriscience team of Abby Braun, Mathew Guenther, Taylor Johnson and Taylor Tammen earned championship honors. Taylor Johnson earned 1st place overall!
Austin Mann earned 2nd place for his Diversified Agricultural Production proficiency and both Mollie and Austin were recognized as State Star Finalists!
The Nebraska State FFA Degree was bestowed upon Nicole Allvin, Randy Ausdemore, Amy Krepel, Austin Mann, Charlie Sukup and Mollie Wilken.
The Livestock Management team earned 3rd place in the area of Horse Management. Team members were Tyler Steffen, Rachel Steffen, Shelby Arens, Dominic Miller, Taylor Kube and Derek Van Heek.
Silver medals were earned by the following speakers: Wesdon Wortmann – Creed, Katie Mueller – Jr. Public, Amy Krepel – Cooperative, Charlie Sukup – Sr. Public, and the Jr. Parli Pro team of Katie Mueller, Elizabeth Kube, Taylor Schmidt, Maxine Schieffer, Nathan Hoffman, Austin Jones and Jordan Braunsroth.
